KC Club Schedule: Week 13–Prepare For Belton By Practicing At Belton

WEDNESDAY GAME: In preparation for this weekend’s Missouri Open, the Kansas City Croquet Club will hold a practice session on Wednesday, July 5, at 6:30 pm at Eagles’ Landing Golf Course in Belton. Of course, Eagles’ Landing is the home of the Missouri Open, so this is an opportunity to practice on the court before the tournament. This session is free for anyone who wishes to join us and will include an intro lesson for beginners.

MISSOURI OPEN: Next order of business is the actual tournament. Registration is closed now, but for those who did sign up, a few reminders: lunch will not be served at the event, but the Eagles’ Landing clubhouse serves a pretty good hamburger. The tournament will start at 8:30 am on Saturday, July 8. Watch for a full schedule later this week. And, if you are an early riser, we could use a few volunteers to set up the course at 7 am. If you can help, please email Dylan at kccroquetclub@gmail.com.
